What is your return policy?
Products purchased in the CA Online Store may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase if it is found to be defective, the shipment is incomplete, or if the product shipped does not match the SKU that you requested online.
Box and OLP purchases in excess of $10,000 can not be refunded online. For further assistance, please click here.
Maintenance purchases are non-refundable. |

| How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, click here. You will be asked to complete a Letter of Destruction. For questions, contact CA Customer Service at 1-866-484-0151. |

| When will the credit appear on my card?
We will process your refund request within 3-5 days of receiving your ELOD. Depending on the credit card issuing bank and your billing cycle, your refund should be available on the next month's statement. |
